Family 教育al Rights & 隐私(FERPA)

The Family 教育al Rights and 隐私 Act of 1974, 20 U.S.C. § 1232g, popularly known as “FERPA” or the Buckley Amendment, is the federal law that governs the rights of students and the corollary responsibilities of institutions of higher education with respect to student education records. The law applies to all colleges and universities that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. 教育部. General 数据保护 Regulation (GDPR)

大学 handles all personal data it is provided, or which it has received from or shared with third parties, in accordance with University policies and applicable law, including the General 数据保护 Regulation (GDPR) and its United Kingdom counterpart, the United Kingdom 数据保护 Act (UK DPA). Frequently the University enters into contractual relationships with partners who are asked to sign the University's GDPR- and UK DPA-specific 数据保护 Addendum.
